I believe the key to healthy living comes from not just one but many aspects of our lifestyle – from what we eat to how we spend our time.

I’ve found by choosing an organic wholefood diet, a daily yoga practice and staying hydrated helps me to stay healthy and enhances my wellbeing.

The key to healthy living

Stay active by taking regular exercise that you enjoy, whether that’s yoga, dancing, going swimming or even walking the dog. Remember who and what lifts your spirits; whether that’s spending time in the company of friends or listening to a piece of your favourite music. Try getting outdoors as much as you can and just ‘be’ with nature.

Listening to your body and your emotions and knowing when to take time out of your day to relax is essential to healthy living.

Being in Nature

Spending time in nature and connecting with its beauty allows you to unwind and creates space in a busy life. Simply going for a walk; finding a green space you are drawn to, a woodland, a hill or your local park.

With your awareness in your feet… walk slowly. Feel your senses awakening, look up at the trees, listen to the birdsong, a flowing stream, feel the breeze on your face and absorb the scents and colours around you – feel the greenery soothing your eyes.

Healthy food


I’ve found essential to healthy living is a well-balanced organic seasonal wholefood diet of natural foods, plant proteins, fresh vegetables and grains. Having 3 meals a day, staying hydrated and having a diet packed with nutrients, vitamins and essential omega oils gives me the fuel I need for the day.

By reducing sugar intake, if possible taking it out completely or substituting with natural sugars and keeping caffeine to a minimum will bring balance to your energy levels throughout the day.



Practicing conscious relaxation on a regular basis will enhance your health and wellbeing, allowing you to deeply relax and manage stress successfully.

This will help boost your immune system and allow your body’s natural healing to take place.
